The order will be sent by carrier to the address you indicate during the purchase process, after confirmation of receipt of payment by bank transfer. Orders to mainland Portugal and Spain may be delivered between 24h to 72h, except for holidays or holidays of the headquarters of the carriers.

All items sent by the carrier must be checked upon receipt. If any damage or defect is detected on the packaging, the order must be refused and returned immediately to the carrier, indicating on the delivery note the reason for refusal. You must inform Molde Ceramics of the incident. A proof of delivery without reference to damage is considered an order delivered in condition.

If after opening the packaging detects damage to the product, you have 24 hours after receipt of the same to contact Molde Ceramics via e-mail: loja.online@molde.pt

If the delivery has not been possible, by incorrect address or no one is found to receive it, the order will be returned to Molde Ceramics, the resend being supported by the customer.
